As a Senior Banking Professional, I worked on multiple IT projects, programs, and portfolios throughout my career. These projects and programs helped me gain valuable experience in the banking industry. Here are some examples that I have worked on across Central and Eastern Europe.

IT Project Portfolio
Lead Project Portfolio Manager for CEE
In this role I worked on IT Project Portfolio related to the PMO as Lead Portfolio Manager. My main responsibilities were to synchronize the Complex Projects with regular interviews to generate regular reports, to have better ICT Architectural decisions.
Conducted CEE Group Project implementation analysis to showcase the Group Roll-out situation for Executive Board. Worked on HU and International Project Management methodology improvements and its administration to Group Rules.
Initiated and planned the QBR capacity standardization program for the 4 biggest subsidiary. Managed phase gating on the Portfolio and prepare projects for initiation with close collaboration with internal departments. Conducted regular portfolio performance reports to ESCs and for HU National Bank.
Remote Collaboration Tool Implementation Program
CRM Service Leader for CEE
In my role as CRM Service Leader, I worked on a project that involved implementing the new Remote Collaboration Platform for CEE NWBs. Conducted regulatory, IT, Compliance, and business assessments.
My responsibilities included managing the project scope and timeline with Group PO, stakeholder management and NWB communication, negotiating C-level stakeholders with ROI assessments, and ensuring that the project was reaching the agreed milestones.
Parallel analyzed and started the decommission of obsolete platform from CEE NWBs.

Managed, organized, and participated in Group workshops, conducted regular meetings to support and facilitate the new collaborative strategy.

SME MB 1.0 Project
Senior Project Manager
Another projects that I worked on parallel, involved improving the risk management strategy for NWB. These projects required me to work closely Compliance and Risk management team too as well as with external consultants.
In SME MB Project I managed to implement the new MB application for additional segment of Retail Banking.
Conducted weekly reports, documentation, facilitation, problem solving and stakeholder management.
Mobile First 1.0, 2.0 Program
Mobile PO
Project Manager for CEE
I also had the opportunity to work on Mobile First projects that involved expanding the bank's new digital channels for Retail Clients. This project required me as PO to maximize the value of business functionalities, develop business cases, to lead SIT, UAT, and work with local and HQ partners to establish the bank's very successful new digital channels.

As CEE Project Coordinator at HQ we managed the full internal program, from roadmap planning, engagement, acquisition, monetization, business analysis, UI/UX design, loyalty programs platform integrations and backlog prioritization. I collaborated with other governing corporate bodies, and with Central and Eastern Europe Subsidiaries - for 11 Countries.

Over these 5 years, we have been awarded many Innovation and Quality Awards for these mobile applications in Europe, because of our successful collaboration and satisfied client feedbacks.
Startup: "neszorakozz.hu" Digital Project
IT Project Manager & Co-owner
Scope: aggregator website and IOS mobile app development for Hospitality Industry in 2009.
Project budget: 15 k euro
Timeline: 3 yrs
Classic hybrid project with 4 team members, 15k downloads in 3 months, main functionalities were: GPS based geo location finder, program offers in Push Notification, web page integration for automated self service.
